    Very unprofessional. Everytime I go their staff are talking aout loud and have loud music. I purchased a new phone, months later I wasnt able to reveive calls because the signal was off. All they told me was my phone came defected and they cant help me since I didnt have insurance.

    We used the app to order a new modem because ours stopped working. We gave all our information that was asked of us and a week later nothing came in the mail and when we called again they said the employee made a mistake and that even though we had a confirmation number it lead to nothing. We called the next time speaking to a human instead of texting a “human” in their app. After giving the same information again we were instructed to NOT use the app to order things again as they themselves said it isn’t a good idea to use. We asked why it exists at all if it isn’t a for sure way to get into context and they shrugged it off. We were told it would be MAILED TO OUR HOME ADDRESS and after calling today to see where it was were told we had to go to the Madera California location to get our modem. We waited almost 2 weeks for nothing. We are DEFINITELY looking into a new internet provider. ANY company that doesn’t do shit like this would be best. That isn’t including how our “LOCKED” in price has been changed by XFINITY MULTIPLE times and we have gotten NOTHING improved to show why we are being charged more and more every other month. Soon as we can we are cancelling and never using Xfinity again. They’ve emailed a dozen times but never did they say the modem was swapped to pick up. Never did they give a tracking number like any other real company would so you can be on top of where the delivery is.

    Worst experience ever. Went in because I was being charged for a doorbell camera I don’t have. And the manager Izzy not once tried helping me. Didn’t offer any explanation or solution or even tried to call 1800 number to get to the bottom is this. Wort store and management ever. In other words he said bye and pay the $115 we are charging you without explanation
