There are two girls helping the same person, another person walks in, one of the girls breaks off and helps that lady, then goes right back to her friend. Me and this guy have been waiting like 30 mins and they will not break off to help us
- EMEmory MansuettiAug 13, 20251.0Went in today because of an e-mail I received that said I was eligible for a free gateway upgrade to my service. I thought if I went into the store it would be faster than mail. Boy was I wrong. When I walked into the store I was greeted with a rep (Jackie) who thought her time was more valuable holding up the service desk she was leaning on. I had my old gateway with me and I told her I was there to get the upgrade. She said that they always send those emails out but the equipment is fine. I told her I wanted the upgraded modem. She got all my info and the old equipment and came back with the same style gateway. I told her that the email had a photo that did not look like the old equipment. She was very rude and said that "this was all they had". She continued to keep pushing us to buy an i-pad after I told her multiple times we did not want one and was only there for the modem (which is the same one I had). This was not the end of it. I went home only to find that my internet service was removed from my account!! Needless to say I wasted about 3 hours talking to service to tell them all I wanted was the upgraded gateway. They finally fixed my service and added my internet back on. This store has horrible customer service and if they did not have the upgraded gateway they should not even have been in my account!
