Bought original protector less than 6 months ago and was advised by Verizon to go through the company to get a replacement because the original already cracked. Came in today and asked if we could have it put on - they said yes, but they do charge $30. Not sure if this is all Verizons but disappointed that there is a fee for something already charged and paid for when we had the screen protector put on by a salesperson again less than 6 months ago there when we originally bought the phone. Today salesperson didn't probe about if we bought it through them or not just said they charged a $30 fee and resumed chatting with coworkers.
