  They take money out your account without your permission 😭😭 unexceptionable then when you ask for a manger to get your money back 😭😭 they put you on hold and one never gets on even after waiting 40 to an hour and you still can't talk to one. There WiFi sucks and the office says they open at 10 and guess what I went at 5 till 10 a.m and still didn't open the doors till 10:04 🙅🏾🙅🏾 WTH if a business opens at a certain time the least they can do is open on time it's bad enough a business doesn't open till 10 a.m and that's because people around here don't want to work and have terrible customer service skills HORRIBLE I'm looking around right now looking for a better WiFi connecter ✌🏾✌🏾 and I'm done with Xfinity Fr Fr

  Went to go return my equipment…waited in the store patiently for about 15 minutes no problem, there was one more person behind me, but somehow got helped first, which was no problem I figured okay they messed up and they’ll help me instead. One of the Women associates acknowledged me and let Eric/Erik, however you spell his name that I was supposed to be helped first. But apparently that didn’t matter and brushed her and me off and continued helping the other person instead. Very weird considering he was very forward with previous customers about them making sure they rate him a 10/10 for the surveys…so I left and now had to come to the Santa Maria store 35 minutes away adding to the 20 minutes I had to drive to the first store. I’m already returning my stuff so won’t be returning either way but definitely don’t recommend going there, but if you do at least go with the woman associate who was there who at least noticed me. Unfortunately didn’t get her name but whoever you were THANK YOU! And Eric Do Better!

  I am rating Xfinity as a utility provider, since this is the only Maps presence they have. Edit: ** The automatic reply posted here by the business, exactly the same as all their responses to the other customers, serves to underline the customer service issues I mention here. ** Customer service: Since they use an AI chatbot at every opportunity, I have no hesitation in rating their customer service a solid "0". Absolute worst customer service. We are accustomed to using the Internet and prefer to pay our bills and resolve other issues without contacting a company. We will only contact customer service for something that we have tried and failed to resolve ourselves. Their chatbot actively stonewalls customers to prevent you from speaking to a representative. If you do actually manage to speak to one, they will often kick you back to the chatbot rather than resolve the issue. Internet service: Speed unreliable and at any given time is never more than 70% of what we are paying for. Frequent drops. Frequent outages with no notification. Frequent loss of service while they make "improvements". Cost: we had the service for two years and they *doubled* the monthly cost without warning. When we called they said we had a two year contract on "special rates" and after two years the cost went back to "normal". Which was *$150/month* with absolutely no warning our bill was going to double. Meanwhile on their website, they were offering an introductory contract for $30/month to new customers! Repairs: while the repair people are friendly and nice, Xfinity charges you every time for any maintenance that is not an "outside" problem. If it's inside your house, you pay. Equipment: At one point half our devices stopped recognizing Internet from one moment to the next because they required 2G (smaller electronics like printers, etc.). Xfinity said repeatedly they didn't update or change anything. We were able to restore a 2G network once we bought our own equipment. Otherwise we would have had to replace hundreds of dollars of electronics. Then, about three months later, Xfinity was offering an "upgrade" with the ability to have both 2G and 5G networks. That confirmed that they really did shut off the 2G with no warning, lied about it, then wanted people to pay for upgraded equipment to restore it. I would not recommend Xfinity to anyone. If it was up to me, we would fire them so fast. But another family member needs the speed for their job so we are stuck with it, very unhappily. Hoping there is a better option in this area very soon!

  I did not catch his name but the gentleman in the ponytail with the Virgo tattoo was very helpful, and made sure that despite how many people had been in the store we and everyone else would be helped soon. Going on a Tuesday at midday is definitely a good time to go!
