If you want a much cheaper cell phone or internet bill, go to the store and ask for Jason - he'll hook you up with the best prices possible.

I ended up paying MORE and losing the credit I had made on the previous account. Also when I would go in fir help they would just say call the 611 customer service number when customer service would specifically send me to the store. They suck, Dublin location is much better they actually HELPED instead of telling me to call 611, and they aren't the one who made the issues with my account Livermore store did that and still weren't willing to fix anything.
