Their manager is the most incompetent store leader whonis incapable of understanding what is being asked of him. Its almost like he doesn't understand English. They are unwilling to help current customers who cant rectify issues that Verizon customer support cant fix over the phone. The manage said - "We are focusing on sales and will not help customers with any technical problems"... sales are important, customer service is not an option??? I am absolutely leaving Verizon in a permanent way, no matter how much it costs to do so. They are by fatlr the very worst of all wireless companies.
