- FPFloriberto PinedaDec 12, 20251.0Terrible customer service, I open my 2 lines here and they suggest to add an insurance on the phones which I did, when I lost my phone, they couldn’t help me. they sent me with the insurance company. When I got the phone. They couldn’t activate, one of the employees trying to help me calling customer service because he can’t do anything with his login code, , the customer service guy on the phone ask the rep to talk with the manager because the manager have the ability or she has the code to fix some problems than the regular employees cannot, but the manager the lady her name Briana she wasn’t doing anything on her side, she was just sitting and talking with another employees laughing. I would like to make a complaint with a corporate because this location it has terrible customer service. I spend like three hours and then they sent me for my ID and when I come back they make me wait on the waiting list for another 30 minutes. It looks like they’re not gonna be able to fix my phone today and I don’t know if they’re gonna fix it tomorrow which is today is Friday and tomorrow and Saturday. I need my phone for work
- DMDavid MezzacappaSep 29, 20231.0Really lousy service. I was checked in and told it would be about 30 minutes. I waited until 40 minutes went by and asked the check in girl what was going on. In particular, two people who came in after me were helped. She replied that they had easy fixes and then proceeded to ask me what specifically I needed. Wow, after waiting 40 minutes! Then she mentioned that " sorry you think it's bad service", which I never said. I explained, no I'm a business customer with limited time and didn't appreciate the lack of service or concern for my time. It was quite unprofessional. I have six lines with Verizon and two with T Mobile. I think I will move all to T Mobile as if the clerk doesn't appreciate one's time, why should I do the same with my business. Oh and by the way I just left after 50 minutes with no help in sight. Also, I just went to log into my account and it says it's locked. Now I'm wondering if your clerk was spiteful as well!
