Now we find out there's $486 owed on a phone that she's been paying for a year. Why would anybody in their right mind abuse an elderly person buy charging them $1,000 cell phone. My lawyer is going to be called She's charged varying fees $70+!!!! I explained over and over she wanted simple, easy to use and month pay upfront. They did the exact opposite! Verizon is the worst, shame on you!

My mother lost her phone, since she is on my family plan she asked me for help. I tried to do a asurion claim online and was having issues with it. So I came in for assistance. After waiting about 30 to 40 minutes, i tell the rep what is hoing on and what i needed. She then proceeds to try to sell me a phone that is already a old model and will actually increase my payments monthly more than filing a claim would do. Then the rep tells me they do not help with claims and gave me a number that tells me to do a claim online. So unhappy with this location.
