When I got my iPhone 14 Pro Max, it was a disaster — activation failed, I was without service for two days, then told the brand-new phone was defective. I was sent all over Southern California for a replacement. The stores and customer service were out of sync, and it took three weeks to get a working phone. I dreaded ever upgrading again. GOOD NEWS — THIS TIME WAS DIFFERENT! 🎉 At the Verizon store on Jamboree Road, Johnny greeted me with a big smile and friendly attitude, instantly putting me at ease. I told him I needed someone patient, easy to work with, and who really knows what they’re doing. He checked me in, introduced me to Jeremy, and stayed nearby the entire time to help and answer questions. Johnny was there again today—his friendly self as always—saying the nicest things about Jeremy and the entire team, assuring me I had great people to work with. And I sure do! Jeremy went through the current promotions, explained all my options clearly, and made sure I felt confident before moving forward. We ordered my new phone, and because he was so great to work with, I also decided to buy a watch. My phone and watch arrived on August 12. When I messaged Jeremy, he responded immediately and set a time to meet. He transferred my number, set up my watch, gave me tips to protect my devices, and handled everything with patience and professionalism. This was the smoothest Verizon experience I’ve ever had. If great customer service is the new chivalry, then Johnny and Jeremy are knights in shining armor. 🏆 My husband was also impressed—usually I leave Verizon frustrated because my devices aren’t set up properly and I have to talk to multiple people. I came back and they said we do not offer business account specialist in this location. You have to wait and we will open account. Which is they do not have any idea about business one talk service.
