  I had a great experience with an Xfinity worker her name was Caylena she was great with assisting me!! very professional really patient answered all my questions . Customer service like this always makes a huge difference just makes the process less stressful. Thank you Caylena .

  Came to return equipment and check on my account status. Customer service was top notch. Got everything I needed done quick and clear. Shout out to Brice for the great service and attitude.

  My husband and I in August wanted to get a cheaper plan and it was suggested by the associate, Blanca that they cancel service in his name and open up service in my name. So it happened. I got new equipment and then we went to Habit to eat lunch and went home to set it up. Unfortunately the setup process became a nightmare. For some reason, the home phone on my account quit working and when I called an associate on the national Xfinity Phone Number to get the problem fixed, they ruined everything and cancelled the service I setup. I was furious as my husband is bedbound and the TV is his only entertainment. I went onto the Xfinity Customer forums and chatted with a corporate rep for 6 hours in chat but they finally rectified the problem but in turn we lost our phone number because the transfer failed. We ended up not wanting home phone just so we can get the TV and Internet back. 1 month later we had unplanned outages in the Jackson Triangle area that left us without service for almost 11 hours and the next day it happened again overnight with no service whatsoever. But it seems to be stable now. The outages are not the associates fault they are only there to sell you a product but the whole stability experience of the service in my area is a lot to be desired. On the plus side the unlimited data is awesome and no longer get charged $10 for 50 gb blocks over 1.2 TB.

  Today I went to this office to start a mobile service for my phone. They kept methere for one hour. I was talking to the manager Carmen after she kept me there. She decided to leave for lunch and she signed me for a trainee well again he asked me for the same information and supposedly he said he signed me up waiting for the service to takeplace and never did I called her number online. They said they never really signed you up. I went back and asked carmen what happened she got upset that I told her that they messed up and she started getting nasty and upset. Don’t use that office.

  If I could I would give them O stars! Please beware, this place WILL scam you. Been customers for over 2 years, and I went to get my home internet plan checked. I wanted to stay closer to what I had been paying for the past 2 years. They completely switched plans, not telling me what they were doing. They ended up putting me on a more expensive plan telling me it would be one price, only to realize it's actually more than double of what they said. Went back into the store to sort it out and said there is nothing they can do and to go to a corporate store (they are apparently a franchise). They lied and now I am locked in a plan I did not ask for nor was it explained to me and no one is willing to help or acknowledge how the associate lied about something and they won't fix it.
