I have been a customer for 10+ years and have decided to close my account after this altercation. Unwilling to help!!! Stay AWAY! They kept asking if I had an appointment (David) and refused to help me unless I went home and set one up. "Come back tomorrow with an appointment" they said. Why have a store front if you cant get serviced here?!! I explained to them that the replacement phone they sent wasn't working and I had been without a phone for 4 days. I explained my entire situation as I was traveling across the country when this all started. I had rushed down from San Francisco airport to get to the store before they closed and luckily enough i arrived with 15 minutes to spare. After pleading my case, David and the other employees continued to refuse help. They demanded I establish an appointment to be helped there! Not sure this is how you should treat a paying customer let alone a human being. It takes a great deal to get me angry but I was livid at this point and demanded they close my account right then and there. David then says"hold on" as he walks to the back of the store to grab a 8x10 piece of paper with like 15 phone numbers on it and says call these numbers if I want to close your account and then proceeds to tell me that they close in a few minutes and I should leave because they cant help me! This added salt to the wound as HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CALL AND CANCEL WHEN I DON'T HAVE A WORKING PHONE??!!!! The whole reason I walked into the store. Verizon you just lost a good paying customer!!

They just ask if you have a reservation and he doesn't even have anyone in the store. What type of policy or business is this Verizon. 3 workers and one customer and they can't even help. Don't even bother going to this location.
