The customer service is completely unreasonable and utterly ignorant of common sense. Absolutely terrible — never, ever visit this place in your life!

He is disrespectful and wasn’t willing to give me more information in regards to my situation. I was trying to open a business line , and got no help from him but thankfully the other manager ENRIQUE was very helpful in guiding me the right direction if it wasn’t for him I would never go to another Verizon. Everything rises and falls on leadership if your managers can’t respect customers how do you expect the employees to follow suit.
