- KHKristina HarmonJan 2, 20261.0I was treated very bad at this store ! Told the guy I didn’t want cable tv anymore here are the boxes . I told him to please check if we had everything. He wouldn’t even check . Tried to get me to sign up for internet , told me to trust him . The internet he was trying to get me to sign was over 100 dollars . He got mad because I wouldn’t click the boxes on my phone to sign up . I asked him his name he said John . I doubt that was even his name. He had no name tag on ! He had blonde tips in his hair . After I left the store crying . I called customer service and I got Internet for five years for $75 . I have had problem after problem going into this store . Please don’t go there . The Xfinity store in front of fashion fair is the best Albert is the greatest. Go there instead .

- TMTHUGG MarinezDec 17, 20251.0I strongly recommend being cautious at this Xfinity store. I would give 0 stars if I could. I went in because my son’s phone screen broke. I pay monthly for phone protection, but the store representative told me I did not have protection and that a repair was not an option. I was told my only option was to accept a “free promotional phone.” I was then told a new line and new phone number were required, and that I could simply cancel the old line later with customer service. I was also told the activation fee would be credited. Afterward, I discovered none of that was true: I DID have phone protection The phone was NOT free and carried monthly charges There was no reason to open a new line My son could have kept his original number The activation credit was never applied After disputing this, additional lines were added to my account without my approval, and my son’s phone service was eventually disconnected. Xfinity corporate is now involved due to the severity of the situation. I’m sharing this so others are aware: double-check everything, do not rely solely on what you’re told in-store, and review your account immediately after any visit.
