  I kept making 3–4 annoying trips because the phone robot was trash and nobody would help with my password or number. Then Mario pulled up, fixed it all, and put me on game so I won’t have to deal with that headache again. Shout out to MARIO!!

  Xfinity itself, is a nightmare (specifically overseas customer service!). But this store was great. I came in to cancel servies/return my modem, and the 2 male employees were quick to greet me, very professional, kind and friendly and promptly helped me return my modem without hassle. Unfortunately I did not get their names, but I was very happy with my experience at this location.

  I’ve been in the store five times this week trying to get an ongoing issue resolved, and each time I’ve witnessed concerning behavior from Izzy, who is currently filling in for the manager, Jose. His interactions with both customers and employees have consistently been rude, condescending, and unprofessional. He speaks down to people who are genuinely trying to get help. Today, I watched him be particularly unkind to a senior customer who was simply trying to understand a process — and there was no reason for that treatment. If I were the manager, I would absolutely review the cameras and observe how he is speaking to both customers and staff. His work ethic and customer service do not reflect well on this store.

  Writing this review about their bad service with my elderly father. He made a visit to the store for help and at 81 yrs old struggles with technology and making online payments. After getting confused, my father called me while he was there for help because the rep was not demonstrating good service. Instead of assisting my father with good service standards, Gabriel let his frustrations get the best of him even with me on the line, he instead was responding in a curt and rude manner even though I was on the phone. As a former employee of a telecom company, who also worked in customer service, I know that Xfinity expects higher standards. In the future, when it comes to customers who need the most help, I hope you do better.

  Pésimo servicio lamentablemente ya van varias ocasiones q tengo q ir son muy poca cortes amables cero ni siquiera te preguntan a q vas solo hasta q te ven te atienden la verdad ojalá q cambian el personal todos son muy descortés pésimo atención al cliente
