She replies I’m not a technician I don’t know anything about modems. She couldn’t offer any info at all about the modem because she says she’s not a technician….. if you want help don’t go here they won’t help you. They are clueless on the product they sell.

- DMDog MomSep 30, 20251.0The worst customer service, by 1 person. Seemingly, the manager Brett. I took my song mother in to the store on Friday morning. First, we waited 30 minutes to be seen. That's not the issue, I understand waiting. But the moment Brett called us to the table, we were met with a nasty attitude. We didn't know exactly what our issue was my mom's cable box. Did not know if it was the box or the wifi etc. So we came in asking what we needed to do. Apparently, this made Brett angry with us. He made us feel really dumb, for not knowing exactly what we needed to do. He ended up letting us know that we need to upgrade our boxes. I asked him if this was something I could do. His response? "If you're not dumb". I've been in customer service, and a manager for years, this is not how customers are treated. We walked away feeling belittled, and very angry that he could treat us like this. I could go into exact details of how the interaction went, but truly I'm getting angry just thinking about it. Everyone has bad days. Treating someone like crap is not the answer. You don't know what someone may be going thru. Made things worse, he gave us a wrong power cable for one of the boxes. I literally had to go down to the store, in the middle of new box installation to get another power cord from him. That interaction was even worse. He should not be in customer service, let alone a manager.
