Her attitude is extremely nasty and she will talk to you demeaning as if you should already know the answers like you work there. I asked her two simple clarifying questions and she responded with a nasty attitude saying " I already told you" as a response to one of the questions I asked. I have had verizon for many years and have gone to plenty stores, I have never met someone so nasty.
