- GTgeorge twayNov 2, 20251.0This is an update to a review. I did a few months ago. I would not go to the store and I would not get Xfinity for your telephone service mobile telephone service. Their service has been OK but when you call for help about a billing trouble, they are no good when I got my two phones from this store. I brought my other two phones back that I was supposed to get trade in value for I handed them to the person that I actually had the day before to get my new account set up well when two months later when I wasn’t seeing my $65 credit towards my bill, I started making phone calls when I make phone calls all I get is the runaround one time they told me to go down to this store and I got lucky there was actually a manage there which is never happened again since I try to come down there he told me the person that I gave the phones to had been fired so did he get fired cause he’s still in phone or why did he get fired? I do not know the manager said he was supposed to fill something out well it appears he never filled anything out every month. I call Xfinity. I just got off the phone with them this last time they said I could not talk to anybody in America so my bill was supposed to be $40 cheaper than Verizon who I was with for 30 years so guess what my bill now is $65 more than I had Verizon and it appears I am not gonna get credit for the phones. I turned in. It looks like I could take him to Small Claims Court but I’m still working so that’s more difficult to do so if I was anybody, I would not deal with this store here and like I say, Xfinity doesn’t care about you.
