    My technician Ira did a fantastic job. He was friendly, personable, positive and walked me step by step through the process to setup an account and get equipment for my new home. If I have to go back to Xfinity for anything else I hope to work with Ira again, it was a really pleasant experience.

    This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a phone carrier. All I wanted was to buy a phone, and somehow I ended up being charged for a device I don’t even have. I returned the phone unopened and brand new, but they still charged me monthly payments, then told me I owe more money. This has been going on for three months with no resolution. Every time I talk to support, nothing gets fixed — just more charges and more confusion. Xfinity is great at selling, great at taking money, but absolutely terrible at solving problems. They don’t care about customers, only about business. Because of this experience, I’m switching to another company. I regret ever signing up with them.

    This location completely botched my attempt to take advantage of a phone promotion. The staff clearly had no training on the current deals or how they actually work. Because of their mistakes and misinformation, I lost the promotion entirely and was left with a massive payoff balance from my previous carrier. When I asked them to make it right, the only response I got was a shrug, a “sorry,” and “it is what it is.” They refused to provide any compensation, credit, or even accurate information about the exact amount I needed to pay off my old phone at the time of trade-in. I ended up stuck with hundreds of dollars charged to my card that should never have happened. Extremely disappointing service. Avoid this store if you’re trying to do any kind of phone upgrade or promotion — go somewhere else where the employees actually know what they’re doing. — update: they replied asking to discuss the issue and no reply since November. That should tell you something. they reply on here to try and make it seem like they’re on top of it.

    Most people are pretty helpful in the store, lots of turnover (standard for job type). If something doesn’t sound right, ask them to explain so you end up with right services.
