- JBJackie BarreraJun 12, 20251.0Worst customer service. Every time I've gone I've been turned away or referred somewhere else even though they're a corporate store. Just because they dont want to take the time to help. The employees aren't friendly, nobody acknowledges you when you walk in or when you're standing there waiting to be helped. After the 3rd time I refused to go back. I tried a different nearby local Verizon. They were much friendlier and helpful. Unfortunately they weren't able to help because they said I had to have a corporate store handle the issue I was having. Something they didn't have access to. I said I didn't want to go back to that corporate store, they apologized and gave me other options. They said they have had that same complaint from many others, that nobody likes going into the Iron Point Corporate store because of the treatment they received. This is just sad 😔 If I could I would have given zero stars

- NLNelson LeeOct 12, 20221.0Granted the store was closed. An employee was in sight. I knocked on the window and he came over to help me through the glass door. I was stumped as I just received my new phone in the mail and went through the process of converting all the data over. It said it was finished so I erased my old phone to get it ready to trade in. My new phone then went into an update and froze for 3hrs. I had no way of doing anything but finding a live person. Drove to this location and the guy inside was trying to talk me through a reboot when two other employees came out from behind and just shut him down and told me they’re closed and come back in the morning. One guy kinda just smirking at me then pulls the security covers down over the windows. Finally 4 hrs later I come to find out there’s a different kind of reboot that fixed the problem but I just wished those other employees would have let that one guy talk me through it there instead of just shutting me out.
