- JBJojo BinksDec 2, 20251.0I have lived in this community for 30 years and honestly, this Xfinity store on Business Center, Drive is a true disappointment with a side dish of some shady service ! I’ve gone in 7 times, one time I actually got help the other six times I walked in , the employees are just standing around looking at each other. I was told by an employee to go pay my bill online, when I was inquiring about my online auto pay that this store set it up with my credit card and new service , it was a new account (poor service) The 3 rd time I went I wanted to buy a new phone , another wasted visit . I literally went somewhere else and bought a new phone I phone within 30 minutes. Xfinity store Let me leave without buying the phone knowing I was interested in a purchase. Pathetic sales people dude. The other visits were with other locals experiencing the poor and extreme bad customer service they couldn’t even return their equipment after waiting in line for 30 minutes they were told to go drop it off at the UPS store. Lazy lazy employees or maybe it’s poor management, but at this point, it appears to be both. this is the most unproductive business on on Business Center Drive . my account has been changed without my authorization regarding different services and equipment that I never ordered and never received. I definitely don’t appreciate tampering with my account . If anyone else has problems, you should call the BBB a.k.a. Better Business Bureau., they’ll actually do something and investigate
