  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Only one staff person was mildly helpful. The others were rude, dismissive, and gave me conflicting information. I’m leaving xfinity.

  I visited the El Cerrito Xfinity store yesterday seeking a copy of my December 2025 statement, which was not accessible through my online account. There were two representatives present in the store. While I was ultimately assisted in a technically adequate manner, there was a noticeable lack of empathy and professionalism throughout the interaction. The representatives appeared disengaged and indifferent, and their attitude conveyed disinterest rather than any genuine effort to assist a customer with a legitimate billing issue. What was most troubling occurred as I was leaving the store. One representative remarked to the other, in a dismissive tone and clearly audible, as another senior citizen was entering the store: “Here comes another one.” I found this comment despicable and discriminatory. Customers—particularly older customers—should never be spoken about with disdain or treated as an inconvenience. This conduct reflects poorly on the store and raises serious concerns about customer respect and training. I expect better from a company of this size and reach.

  I switched my line and my parents line from at&t to xfinity, along with getting the internet and an ipad. Instead of adding my internet and my phone lines and my ipad to same account they created two different accounts for the same address. One with just my internet and the other will my phones and Ipad. I had two bills with stand alone cost of $25 each per phone because it wasn’t connected to my internet account. I went in person for all of this account transfer and the same person helped me but they still messed up everything and I had to get a hold of 3 different online representatives to ensure everything was under one bill and one account. If you can I would highly suggest avoiding this store and visiting some other xfinity store.

  Luis was honest and laid everything out to provide us as much information as he could to make our decision to switch over to Xfinity. We were long time AT&T patrons, but were exploring other options due to rising internet prices. With the promotion going on at the time, it was a no-brainer to upgrade to Xfinity. What I was particularly impressed by Luis was his honesty and his customer-first mentality. He pointed to a promotion that was going on with Xfinity mobile and it was a better deal than what we had currently. There were some minor complications with activating one of the lines and Luis made sure we were informed about all our options for that situation. I would definitely recommend him to my relatives and friends who are thinking about switching internet or mobile plans!

  I can never ask a simple question. Always get you list of your potential questions, none of which match the simple yes or no question I have. Got to be a better way!!
