    WORST TELCOM customer service experience EVER!!! I called customer service and they told me to go into a store. I came into this store. After explaining the situation, the team member asked the manager what to do. The manager by the name of Tony who claims he has been working for Verizon for 15+ years says he cannot help me. He proceeded to say his store mainly deals in sales, they are not equipped to help troubleshoot. That’s customer service and told me I can call customer support, but they are not open on the weekends. I clarified, “Are you telling me Verizon customer service is not open on the weekends to troubleshoot customer service issues.” Then he rephrased and say customer service is open, but not at full capacity. Then he said, “I can call them if you don’t waiting, but I won’t be able to help.” This guy, Tony, seems to me to be a horrible representative of Verizon. He doesn’t seem solution oriented or customer service oriented. He had no intentions of helping solve the problem constantly saying he can’t do anything, as if he is not a Verizon employee. He made it seem like Verizon customer service is a completely entity and his sole responsibility is only selling phones and plans; assisting with Verizon troubleshooting is beyond his capabilities. T-Mobile and AT&T employees/stores would NEVER treat their customers or any prospective customers this way. You can instantly see the difference in caliber when you are speaking to a rep. I had to repeatedly explain the situation to him because I just don’t think he was capable of understanding the situation or problem. If this guy, Tony, has been working for Verizon for any length of time (he claims 15 years), he definitely doesn’t belong in management, especially since he is NOT solution oriented and NOT customer focused. HORRIBLE TELCOM EXPERIENCE. Stay away from Verizon; better to stick to T-Mobile and/or AT&T (or any other Telecom company with professional working for them).

    Worst company, I was trying to switch carriers and they lie about there promotional starting. Was $30 per line. And they were trying to sold me a $100 monhtly service per line. Horrible. Bussiness
