At the same time, there is no such thing as reservations and you don't treat this place like a restaurant. They have plenty of countertop booths for support and customer service. I came on halloween and everyone was in the festive spirit. The parking lot is packed.Don't worry about it, and just park a little farther away, in another section of the parking lot, walk through the mall and show up at this place.
