I am writing this review to report a severe network outage issue with Comcast, which remained unresolved for 4–6 hours. Contacting customer service was even more disappointing—they only instructed me to restart the equipment and wait, without promptly arranging for a technician to visit. This was a truly awful customer service experience. I strongly advise against using Xfinity/Comcast internet. Absolute garbag

They took a picture of my ID card and then told me later that I couldn't process the transaction (I was helping my wife replace her physical SIM card in her new phone with a virtual SIM card). So why did they need my personal information in the first place? I even started to worry about the security of my ID card... The service was awful.

Store hours on the gate mentions 7 pm. It is not a Comcast owned store. Visit the Sunnyvale Xfinity store. Very pathetic experience here. But store is closed looks like at 6pm. Wrong information on display itself.
