Avoid this store all completely, me and my partner arrived ready to spend money on another phone was told it would be a 45 min wait and that they would text us. I got about 3-4 texts messages that i was ready to be seen in store and arrived within 10 mins of that text message. The sweaty bald heavy set white guy who barely wanted to help decided to say the text are automated and that they only send when you’re close in line and said two people were ahead of me. Then i get more texts and arrived inside, the black guy with dreads decided to say hes been calling my name for 10 minutes but failed to say anything to me when i was in store and said who i was until the second time, then he decided he wanted to argue with me and my partner! This is total BS and wasted time, so if you want to argue with a bunch of men and waste your time then go here by all means. I will not be back and i will be submitting complaints on both employees

I absolutely hate working with Xfinity customer service. The in store rep was great. However, I went into the store after trying to fix the problem over the phone only for the in store rep to put me on a video call with a different Xfinity rep because they did not have the permissions to resolve the issue. What is the point of having store reps if they aren't the ones that can resolve all of your issues? If not the floor rep then the in store manager should be able to do everything and the only person that should be calling into corporate Xfinity is their representative, why am I doing it in front of another Xfinity rep? This is the epitome of a company making the solution so difficult that they hope you give up.

Perry is absolutely amazing! I was waiting to receive the survey to leave my feedback but it never came over so I'm posting here. They helped me with my billing & Wi-Fi issues in less than 20 mins!! I spent over an hour over the phone with customer service rep trying to upgrade my plan to a unlimited version and after hours they caused so many issues. I should've just gone to the store in the first place. Perry was knowledgeable, quick, and had the best vibes! They definitely deserve all of the praise :) A swap of my router and a new splitter fixed all of the issues I was experiencing.

My phone was run over on a Friday afternoon so I had to make an emergency purchase and get my new phone on line before work on Monday. David was a big help and 23 minutes after showing up for my appointment last Sunday, I was back on line and loving my new device. went this story to transfer my Esim to a new phone, the told me he is going cancel the other sim which takes 5 minutes i said ok. He went to the room i was waiting for 16 minutes, finally asked another employee where the guy has gone. After 17 minutes he showed up he even did not say any word not apology. He was so rude and disrespectful.
