They all were patient, friendly & knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store & it will be my go-to from now on.

I went here to switch phone carriers and the incompetent employee put all my phones on some other guys account and then called me a couple days later and told me I had to return all my phones and go back to my old carrier. Now 2 weeks later I’m fighting to get my money back for those phones still. Worst experience I’ve ever had I will never ever go back, it’s unbelievable that they are still in business. More to add… after 2 months of dealing with this trash store of them screwing up my account they claimed to have returned the phones that they forced me to return and turns out they never returned them, they probably kept them and sold them and now my account got charged 3000 dollars. I would rather put a bullet in my head than ever deal with XFINITY ever again. If you go to this store and do business with them, you will be sorry, they will steal every last penny from your bank account and claim stupidity.
