- ABAlex BSep 17, 20251.0Verizon and there sales reps or rep Jerry are commiting fraud. End of last year I came in to change out my Samsung galaxy tablets to ipads. Simple transaction, I had around 10 tablets and wanted to get 12 ipads insted. After I got my new tablets my phone bill skyrocketed and all of a sudden I had 50 plus active lines on my account. I went back there multiple times and was giving a run around and was promised refunds and other options. I thought it was all solved but in fact they just suspended the lines. Going forward 10 months to September Im getting bills of $1700-$2400 and currently have over 50 active lines. They have reactivated service on all the old tablets, activated one talk clients on tablets and activated a 5g modem that I retured to them years ago. I only have 7 smart phones, 12 ipads and 1 5g modem. The Rep is now trying to get a hold of me and asking for my login and password to my verizon account to "fix" the issue. If this isnt fraud I dont know what is.
