As soon as the port forwarded to the new AT&T account, I was locked out of my Verizon account. I couldn't view anything in regards to how much I owed or was credited. No one at this location despite being a 'corporate' Verizon store could provide any information, assistance, or monetary resolve related to my account. The associate and manager said my only option was to call customer service. "We don't do billing/credits here". Lame! And thanks for passing the buck! So I called custy service # as instructed, and then received an associate in another country with a serious lack of english skills and understanding . SO NOT OK.
