    Andrea and Jordan have been very helpful to me in setting up my new phone. The other associates have been nice in my quick interactions with them. This store is very busy, but they have good customer service! I give 4⭐️ because, I have had to make SEVERAL TRIPS to this Verizon store to repair problems with changing phones within the first week of buying a new phone...Horrible! Unfortunately I bought a new phone over the phone with Verizon customer service, NEVER DO THAT!!!! I have had nothing but problems trying to get the phone set-up, from getting text messages and phone calls from my old phone, to transfer apps and files properly, to transfering things to the new phone, to setting up my voicemail.🤦🏻‍♀️At this point I might ditch Verizon because of the time I've wasted. sooo much TIME setting up this new phone over the phone and at this Verizon location. If I cancel my Verizon business, it won't be because of this store location, it will be for the headache of buying a new lemon cell phone!

    Been in twice in last few weeks as upgraded cells I accidentally put take to ups on one. They totally boxed it up and labeled for me as well as told me how to get to them Thanks again for first class service

    I was told by the staff in the store that there was nothing that they could do about my situation with my phone although I have insurance and it’s paid up full what you have there is a lazy Supervisor, who doesn’t want to do anything. All he does is waddle around the store, and pretend like he’s important. If it weren’t for one of the younger non managerial staff who took the time to help me, I would’ve had to walk out with nothing. Verizon really needs an assessment on these employees. They are literally going to lose customers with their current supervisor on duty people. He argued with me and had no idea for possible resolution to this situation. the manager i i iwas speaking to had llittle to know knowledge of his store’s product and policy.

    Walk-in didn't wait long. Took care of business. All the people I've interacted with were courtesy, knowledgeable and worked to take care of my issues That's why I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and at this store.
