The website and app are insufferable to use, constantly getting hit with "sorry we couldn't load this page right now...", and trying to go in-person is USELESS. They just refer you to their website that doesn't work. Forget about trying to get help with their phone customer service. Please let me use Spectrum or literally anyone else.

If I’m waiting 40 minutes, the last thing I want to see is the person, who’s waited 5 minutes, get helped before me. Not to mention the lack of communication by the employees - not even a check in. This team of children operating this business should rethink their profession and go to something more their style- probably the McDonald’s drive thru.
