Diego Nuno provided absolutely outstanding service at Xfinity! He helped me get my new phone set up quickly and seamlessly, explaining everything clearly and making sure all my data, settings, and features were working perfectly before I left. Diego was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely friendly, which made the entire experience stress-free and even enjoyable. It’s rare to find customer service this thorough and attentive. If you’re visiting Xfinity, ask for Diego—you’ll be in excellent hands!

Worst customer service on the planet. To cancel an account you need to schedule a callback days in advance. Then they call late. Then they disconnect and don't call back. Still want to cancel? Gotta schedule a new appointment. Xfinity is a nightmare. Stay far, far away.

I have a specific complaint with Xfinity mobile. I have begun traveling abroad as of 12/26/25. I called on 12/17/25 to obtain the global travel pass for both my phone number and my wife’s phone number so we would not have extreme data charges against us. The representative assisted us and informed us that we were all set up for our travel dates with the global travel pass activated. (Xfinity mobile has these phone conversations recorded, and can access them as needed). We arrived abroad on 12/26/25, and I woke up to find that my phone had been charged with $116 in data charges, as the global travel pass had not been activated as confirmed by the representative. I called again that next morning when I found out the charges had been placed, and the representative at that time informed me that the initial 12/17/25 representative had not successfully activated the Global Travel Pass despite assuring me on the phone (on a RECORDED LINE) that they were successful. I requested that these charges be removed, as this was an error on the representative initially assisting me. This new representative escalated the issue, and verbally assured me that this was an error on Xfinity mobile’s part (AGAIN ON A RECORDED LINE). I received the update today that Xfinity had reviewed the escalated concern, and had DENIED our escalation, and that the charges would stand. They gave no reasoning to this, just that the request had been denied. I will be absolutely disputing this charge against Xfinity when it hits my credit card, as this appears fraudulent and inappropriate. Absolutely trash business practice

Steve, the onsite technician, cleaned up some old cable outlets, and my Internet download speed more than doubled. There were a bunch of non-functional cable connections in the home I moved into and I wanted to clean them up. I gave up navigating the Xfinity phone tree and finally went to the local Xfinity store to explain the problem. They were able to schedule an onsite visit within a couple days. When Steve arrived, he quickly assessed the situation and removed an old signal booster that was no longer needed. The cable outlets could now go...and as a bonus, my Internet performance increased significantly. A good job by Steve and one of the most beneficial service calls ever!

So I’ve been experiencing slow Internet speeds for over a month now I’m on my fourth ticket and promises that the Internet’s being fixed and it has not. this has been an absolute nightmare and a joke. My next step is standing in front of your store with a sign that says ask me about customer service and Internet it’s horrible. You guys are an absolute joke. I’m a nine year Customer. I have plenty of experiences to share and documentation on how your promises don’t mean squat. It’s a hundred percent unacceptable but I’m at a loss. Lawyer ? Cops? What do I do.
Here’s a follow up so far nothing‘s been done but they assigned me a handler so they have me on a leash. They’re telling me everything‘s been taken care of but it hasn’t. I still have the same issues ongoing still at this point nothing‘s been done except I’m just being drugged around. Internet still drops for no reason. They are sending a third tech in a month to my home knowing the problem isn’t here. I was told they exhausted the repair on their end. Hard to believe. Now I’ve gone full circle and after two long outstanding techs say it not my problem it’s in their end. What the third going to say? Frustrating to say the least.
