- BLBrock Lewis1 day ago1.0I went to the Verizon store, the sales lady was rude and chesrge me for services i did not ask for, like apple music,another line of service for a watch. Then i go back to store and a male whom i dont know if he is a manager tells me the saleswoman just did me a favor. When i get my phone in mail to come back and they will take it off the account but couldn't do it now. This store is a joke and i should've looked at the reviews... only 2.5 stars. Clean up your store.

Please train your leadership to be customer centric. She was so degrading toward the young associate. So glad to not do business with Verizon anymore. Customer service agent is even worse, if not just as bad

Or specialist Tony was professional, quick to answer questions, and had all the important information on the new phones and options we needed to make decisions. A usually frustrating experience was relatively quick and easy. Tony was great to work with, and the branch had the phones, covers, and protectors in stock.
