- TPTrish PellegrinoJul 28, 20251.0Stay Clear of Verizon and do NOT sign up for their 5G internet. 1- it is slower than COX, 2- I returned the equipment on 22 JUly 2025 at 3:50 pm per the receipt I received from them and yet I just got a $300.00 bill for the equipment they now say I did not return. PLUS I did not get the credit to my bill for the install and the "PERK" services. So they steal from you also when you return their product. And since they deleted my prior review warning you all of their lies to get me to sign up for their 5G let me recap it for you: 1- FREE installation - Not true $180.00 (to which you can do yourself - plug into electrical outlet and then plug in computer - done); 2- will only cost you $45 a month for 300 speed (speed testing by OOkla ave.: 280 download Mbps) - Not true $60 a month. They will lie through their teeth to sign you up. When I commented the first time I was told well we can lower your speed if you want to pay $45. NO I want what was promised. Buyer beware!!! Know your speeds and cost of what you have BEFORE you go in. And give a firm NO and maybe they will stop the misleading hard sell. Where has Verizon's Ethics gone?? Once a leader, A Standard Setter. Now low life sales tactics. So Very Sad to see the downfall of a company who set the standard. Can / Will You Hear Me Now???
