- JWJessica WJun 14, 20241.0I went to this location and waited for them to open as I was hoping to beat any high traffic times for this location. Unfortunately about 8 other people had the same idea. The store hadn't opened ten past the hour of opening time so I decided to run other errands and return. When I returned a couple hours later I had a belated greeting, but the store was pretty busy. I was then approached to ask how I could be assisted. I explained my phone needs and asked if I could bring my own device as the ones offered in store were limited. I was told I could, but you "get what you pay for." I am using this phone to travel and my current plan does not cover my travel plans. I will have very limited access to data, streaming, and wifi and only need the line for a few months. I attempted to explain this to the worker, but she insisted on asking how much I currently pay with my provider. Having no interest in being uphold to a device whose features I couldn't use I again asked if they offered a plan with limited data around my price point, which she would not confirm. Exasperated I decided to go purchase my device and bring it back for activation. To which she replied I should just set it up at Wal-Mart (the only location in the area to purchase other phones). I shared my experience with a friend and she stated she switched phone plans due to the unprofessional service she's received at this location. I'm beginning to think she was right as I have yet to have a positive interaction with the company. I felt like I was treated like I was cheap and not worth their time at this location and would rather call to set up a phone in the future or attempt a location in Phoenix and Tuscon. It's worth traveling not to be ignored and belittled. I know what I need and won't pay for services I won't be able to access so someone can get a fat commission check. This location is one to avoid.
