- BDBeth DunneryJun 19, 20255.0Was in here this morning, with an issue of verizon charging me for “unreturned equipment” thats been on going for a couple months now DESPITE multiple messages and uploading proof of return. I believe Jason was the one who helped me, he was very honest, and helpful. He went above and beyond with helping me locate that the device was returned and verizon did have it, but he told me they have no power in the store to do refunds. He did however print out a UPS tracking number, proving verizon recieved it, and then printed out my device info so i can call verizon back and tell them. Honestly i would give verizon as a corporation ZERO stars if i could, but Jason was wonderful today and I would give him 6 stars. Thank you Jason!!!

They can’t navigate their own system correctly. But that’s not even the worst part. They make you wonder why you step in the door. Should I be trained through Verizon so I know how to ask their employees what I need? If so, I missed the memo. Someone direct me.

I was told phones would be free & am charged a partial amount for devices monthly. It adds up quick. Do not buy anything here. You will regret it. Go directly to Apple to buy Apple phones. They have interest free payments. Nothing is free at Verizon. Also, $35 set-up fee plus $35 activation fee & if you return anything there is a $50 restocking fee. Lots more fees. Watch out!!!!
