Once they found out that we wanted to switch our service from another carrier to Verizon and obtain a prepaid plan, we were told that they were closed and we had to go back the next morning. It was one hour before closing time. They asked us to leave. Once we left, they locked the door! We saw another gentleman outside who told us he was also asked to leave even though he was looking at phones. We also saw two other young ladies who were not able to get inside the store. This was 100% wrong and is not how you treat customers.
