The problem being they're dealing with a lot of older customers who want to talk quite a bit about their phones. I had one person ahead of me and it took hours to get out. Although the people here were extremely friendly and had saint level patience with their clients. I would absolutely avoid this store and go to a non-corporate store down the street. It was so late and I was locked out of everything so I just stayed.
