- KBkevin billingtonDec 12, 20251.0I purchased a phone from a guy on offer up, went to the store to have it activated and brought the guy with me to make sure there was not any issues, they started to help me, got it half way done and suddenly said they could not help because I bought the phone from the guy I was there with so now I have a phone with half my information transfered into it but it is receiving all the phone calls from the guy I bought it from. They kicked us out and refused to help any further even after the other guy left. They said I just needed to call customer service.
