People could have stolen items and no one would even be there to know. Zero help, zero employees and a store playing loud music. So messed up. The manager should be ashamed.

Initially ignored, I had to make it known by making serious eye contact with the store manager that I was taking up space in their store before I was acknowledged. Then, I was greeted by an agent who knew far less about the products than I did. I waited for her to do whatever she was doing before I finally listened to my intuition and got the heck out of there. I recently had a significantly bad experience with the telephone and online customer service departments, and I felt it necessary to actually invest a little bit of time talking to a Verizon agent face to face. It didn't work out very well. I'm now fully convinced that Verizon has gotten so big that they no longer understand what customer service really is. The abysmal service I received from this outlet was the straw that will drive me away from Verizon.

I waited 20 min and another person came in. Then they got attended too and got checked in and they still didn't see me and another couple came in and they got welcomed in. So point is they don't have any customer service.
