I added a line and the phone was supposed to be free and I’m paying it off monthly. I was promised a $200 credit for the inconvenience of taking 4 months. Never got said credit! TOTAL LIARS AT THIS LOCATION! Beware! Been a Verizon customer for 20 years! Never been ripped off and lied to like this!

I recommend this location to solve any problems you have and get a great deal. I am not an easy customer. I have over 16 lines, and I keep adding and removing them on my consumer account since my family members come and go all the time. Thanks again for making this visit great.
- RRRonyfettNov 24, 20231.0Eric was my Verizon salesman. I went in to get my fiance a watch. This was all I was going in for. I loved my phone and had no issues with it. Eric was upselling me and was pushing their promotion for a new Samsung s23 phone if we opened a new line. I asked if the S23+ was part of the promotion, which he stated it was would just have to pay $200. I was skeptical and asked numerous times $200 was all I was going to pay?! To point were I felt I was annoying because I kept asking. I was here for hours. We went in later to say the promotion is not in and they stated two billing cycles. Called customer service through the phone and she stated there was nothing to do because promotion was just fors23. We are now paying for additional line and entire phone because of his negligence.i would not go to him again. The other people are more trained and care more.
