- BRBen RobertsonDec 2, 20251.0Horrible location super sleazy sale tactics we transferred our business to Verizon (overall very bad decision) of the employees offered my wife a new phone she asked for the 512 GB and the employee scanned a phone that had less than half of the storage next day when my wife noticed that and we went to return the phone they told us in their system it shows the phone was already returned and they cannot issue a return on it and for us to return a couple weeks later when we returned a couple weeks later they were telling me there is nothing they can do and we have to call their corporate number to get it resolved now we're stuck with a new phone with very little memory that we do not need I already purchased a different phone directly from Samsung just so I won't need to deal with this garbage again They tried to sell us internet as well telling us the internet will be much faster than what we have for a better price luckily I called their corporate number that checked and told me the fastest route I can get it in my location through them will be less than a quarter of the speed I currently have with Cox service Literally anything they offered was misleading or completely false I told them I had two more businesses I was thinking about moving to Verizon after this horrible experience that will not happen

I added a line and the phone was supposed to be free and I’m paying it off monthly. I was promised a $200 credit for the inconvenience of taking 4 months. Never got said credit! TOTAL LIARS AT THIS LOCATION! Beware! Been a Verizon customer for 20 years! Never been ripped off and lied to like this!
