- KSKaren SanchezDec 9, 20251.0I felt that your employee Dylan Jacobson- Walton was very unprofessional and lowered the standards of your business based on his unwillingness to assist clients and his focus on commissions rather than addressing current customer issues. Attempting to pressure customers into purchasing new phones while neglecting their medical-related concerns was unacceptable. As a former supervisor myself, I would never tolerate or allow someone with that mindset or level of professionalism on my team.

I later found out it was the wrong size. He never mentioned it, and I am not even sure he realized the mistake. He struggled through the entire purchase process and even gave me incorrect information, which his coworker or manager later confirmed. I ended up making a big purchase that was not what I wanted or asked for. Terrible experience. Honestly, you are better off ordering online, but that was not an option for me.
