They asked why we wanted to upgrade and my wife mentioned the screen issue. They asked if we had ever had the screen replaced and said Samsung would give us 2 free new screens. Then we thought what the heck the new one is thinner and only been out a month so we would buy one. The salesman then pointed out that it would be around$2,000 but if we wanted to go direct to Samsung and trade in our old phone we could get $600 for the trade in. He saved us $600 and lost the sale. THAT IS GREAT SERVICE.
