- CCCatherineJun 17, 20252.0Representative told me that there is no standardized pricing. When I went to talk to talk to the supervisor because that just does NOT check out, the original rep proceeded to follow me and talk Over me. Like a child telling dad the story first. When I said I was done talking to him he then said "that's fine, I'm done helping you, and I will not help you" Now, this being the internet, you may think this is me being a Karen trying to get what I want. Infact, I just wanted the supervisor to confirm this pricing caveat so I could avoid all in person store transactions in the future. I went in to the store today for them to show me phones and explain their prices to me. Bottom line, they were not able to do any of that.

- DLD LemApr 1, 20251.0Edit- Sarah the supervisor with customers service confirmed that the corporate office did not do what they needed to do .. no promotions were added for long term/properly After 2 hrs on the phone with her we are set with what we were sold but the inconvenience was unfortunate and took almost 2 months to fix and I paid 200$ extra on a past bill that shouldn't of been charged Awful! Absolutely terrible experience. Haley, the manager said all this stuff would come and you would get it for just $8 more a month and then the first bill comes saying it's going to be over double what I was originally paying
