- LKLeonardo KjellinAug 31, 20251.0I'm not a verizon customer I have tmobile but my wife has been a verizon customer for many years and she got a new iPhone sent to her we went on Saturday 8/30 and the customer service guy said there was a verizon outage and its their systems affected, no issue but he was rude, condescending and raised his voice to my wife, not sure if he was having a bad day or not but people like that need an anger management class or learn to deal with people in customer service. Not going back there again, today I took her to the mesa Riverview verizon and the guy we had is the example of above and beyond customer service. He was kind, relaxed and informative.

- MJmike johnsonAug 5, 20241.0Very poor experience with Sam at the location on 1305 s Almaschool rd mesa as 85210 that stated he was the “store manager” My wife and I joined Verizon less than 24hrs ago and are having issues. Sam stated that the only place that can help me for the first 30 days is the store that opened my account. Also, said “since they messed up the account, they need to be the ones to fix it” then stated he had no access or ability to assist me. This conversation took place about 2 feet from the door. Upon calling and speaking with customer service, they stated that the issues I am having were able to be resolved by any Verizon store/employee. This review will be posted across all reviews platforms so new customers can avoid Sam. Very unprofessional and poor customer experience especially for a new customer. Customer relations and operational support have been contacted and are working on this incident.
