- GBguadalupe barriosJan 1, 20261.0All I can really say is that I experienced very poor customer service. I went into the store to check on my phone because it was not connecting to the Wi-Fi. When I walked in, I was greeted by the representative who assisted me, and the service was extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere and Will not be returning to this Verizon store.
- LKLeonardo KjellinAug 31, 20251.0I'm not a verizon customer I have tmobile but my wife has been a verizon customer for many years and she got a new iPhone sent to her we went on Saturday 8/30 and the customer service guy said there was a verizon outage and its their systems affected, no issue but he was rude, condescending and raised his voice to my wife, not sure if he was having a bad day or not but people like that need an anger management class or learn to deal with people in customer service. Not going back there again, today I took her to the mesa Riverview verizon and the guy we had is the example of above and beyond customer service. He was kind, relaxed and informative.
