    I dropped my phone and the store never gave me the option on getting my old phone fixed so I could get my contacts and pictures moved over ...for which o had a warranyy....just sold me new phone which was fine but then they spent forever trying to get the new phone to activate switching SIM cards out 3 timed....makes me a little uneasy to not have the original one...when I inquired the girl stated it was the way my account was setup...slamming on me...I have had to I s account for 30 yesrs....I think it is time to change

    Walked into the store on Val Vista, to gain help in resetting my trade-in phone to remove my personnel data. I explained this to the young lady working reception. I had purchased a new phone less than one month ago. The young lady responded after I stated my request, that I had to go to UPS to mail it back for the rebate. I was fully aware of this and didn't need the unrelated response to my request. This response was based on her not listening to me, and expressing what she thought I needed to hear. After a 25 minute wait, the male now working reception came over to assist me. He first apologized because he might have to leave to check in a new arrival. "Aren't I worthy of your full attention to my problem?, I said. He mumbled something like he had to check in new people entering the store. My last visit I spent nearly $2,000 for a phone and accy's, minus $400 for my trade in. The super kind attention afforded to me then was great. Now I'm no longer a customer, I'm a burden, not to be afforded civility, empathy or even customer service.
