Had been waiting to replace the new s25 ultra because or antenna issues with connection and eas told they can't, i show the contract it was 11 days old, i ask for refund,then been told i could replace it . 1.5 hrs after ,they bring me now phone s 25 ultra ,but different color that i asked for. She went to take the color that i asked than being told i need to wait 0.5 hr more so the manager can get to the store because he is on lunch break at 5:15 pm and can't be this done without him,and he was here talking to me minutes ago. So unsatisfied and unprofessional service ,really bad customer service and poor leadership... Zero stars Don't go to this store
