- PBpam beckerOct 18, 20221.0Worst experience ever! The employees are very nice but don’t follow through nor give you the correct information. We switched from T-Mobile and purchased 2 new phones. We paid extra to port and configure our phones only to go home and not have email, unable to receive incoming calls and many other issues we were told would take time to cycle through. We had to go back to the store the next day and were informed our our bill was going to be more than we were initially told. On day 3 my watch was not syncing with my phone. I went back to the store again! The same rep tried to configure it with no luck and sent me to the Apple Store as he said my 4 month new watch was defective. There was a 3 hour wait at Apple Store and I noticed a Verizon store right across at the mall. A guy named Joey fixed my syncing issue in 5 minutes. If you need to go to Verizon, go to the store at the Chandler mall. This is a privately owned store. Also, I was charged $65.00 for a phone case and they had the same exact one at the Chandler mall location for $40.00.
