- TPTyler PedersenOct 14, 20241.0Please don't trust this store for technical advice. They clearly don't train their employees with the information they need to give any credibility to their advice. Went in to pay my bill and get some information about upgrading my phone as I was interested in the new foldable phones currently out. Rep assigned to me suggested the Google Pixel Fold over the Samsung Z Fold; stating that Google owns samsung and that all the updates and features will come to the Pixel before Samsung due to this reason. A simple google search reveled that this kid didn't know what he was talking about, as Samsung is not owned by google... they do own android operating system, but not the samsung company. He also boasted about how the Pixel is more powerful and has a better camera. However, when I got home and had a chance to do my own research to follow-up and support his suggestion I, once again, found that a simple google search proved that this rep was just giving out opinion and not facts. The rep was very confident in his false information, but what made me question the young man was when I asked him what phone he used he puffed up with great pride and announced that he was the resident Iphone rep for this store.... *sigh* Pleaee verizon, train your reps that don't have the knowledge of a product to call someone over who does know the product, or atleast admit that they don't know before giving customers information thT is false. Not all people are like me and do their own research before buying. Which will only turn into a negative experience for the customer.
