- MLMark LOct 21, 20251.0I would give it 1 star if that were possible, this store completely screwed me over on the order for a new phone. I placed the order online for in-store pickup. They refused to fullfill the order, and told me that despite the fact they had phones in stock they wouldn't fill it. They wanted me to cancle the order and re-place with them so they could get a bigger commission. I can't believe Verizon allows this kind of non-sense to happen. I couldn't even cancle the order because it got stock in some weird limbo and I had to spend an hour on hold with support and file 2 tickets to replace the order, this all took over a month. I will never go back to this store, and would ditch Verizon all together if I didn't have so many lines with them. DO NOT give this store your business.
