We had placed orders on online for new Verizon phones via chat and they were done incorrectly. We went into the Avondale Verizon Store on West McDowell Road about 5-530 and were greeted by Gustavo. We explained our dilemma and he assured us he’ll get it corrected granted it would take some time. He asked questions to clearly understand our need then restated what was needed to ensure we were on the same page. I like that and it says a lot about a person professionalism in my experience. He went to work on it and we walked out of there happy campers because he did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was scheduled to get off at 6 but went the extra miles staying over to see this to the finish line as there were 8 phones that required his attention. I appreciate the dedication and determination to assist. Those are traits I definitely don’t experience often. He’s definitely a top notch professional in my book and I got 25 plus years of experience in the quality department. Thanks Gustavo for a job well done!
