- JFJulia FreemanSep 16, 20241.0I have a cellphone that I have straight talk. Verizon bought straight talk. My cellphone wouldn't let me call or receive calls. Straight talk worked with my son in law to get it working. They told him to call Verizon. I went to our local store. They told me they couldn't help me because I was with straight talk. Amazingly while I was in the store my phone started calling and receiving calls. When I left the store the phone stopped working. If you belong to Straight talk, don't expect for the local store to help .

Had to come back to the store and get a whole new tower. And some how raised my price on my cell phone bill after telling me I was gonna save money after having service for 7 years now my bill is higher and no help in fixing it.
