Straight talk worked with my son in law to get it working. They told him to call Verizon. I went to our local store. They told me they couldn't help me because I was with straight talk. Amazingly while I was in the store my phone started calling and receiving calls. When I left the store the phone stopped working. If you belong to Straight talk, don't expect for the local store to help .
